These Terms govern your use of Snapbook (the "Service"), operated by One identity investments ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Snapbook lets you capture images of transactions, invoices and quotations, extract structured data from them using AI, and export the results to spreadsheet or PDF formats.
2. Merchant of Record
Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made through Snapbook. Paddle handles all payment processing, billing, refunds, chargebacks, taxes and invoicing on our behalf. When you make a purchase you are entering into a transaction with Paddle in addition to using our Service. Paddle's terms are available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- upload content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or contains malware;
- attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or overload the Service;
- resell, sublicense or share access to the Service without our written permission;
- use the Service to process documents you are not lawfully entitled to process.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, branding and underlying technology, is owned by Snapbook and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process your uploads for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you.
6. Scan Credits
Purchased scan credits are one-time, non-transferable and do not expire. Lifetime plans grant unlimited scans for the lifetime of the Service. We may discontinue features or the entire Service with reasonable notice; if we discontinue the Service entirely we will offer a pro-rata refund for unused credits purchased in the prior 12 months where required by law.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if your account is used fraudulently, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". AI extraction may contain errors — always review extracted data before relying on it for accounting, tax or legal purposes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
